Preventing Defense Against Taiwan

On January 31, 2024, when FBI Director Christopher Wray appeared before the House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, he warned that Chinese hackers aimed to wreak havoc on US critical infrastructure, but he didn’t know when. Now combine that with the many thousands of military age Chinese men that having been crossing the border on their own, and not part of a family unit, both in 2023 and continuing in 2024. I begin to wonder, that when China decides to militarily assault, and take-over Taiwan, and the USA defends Taiwan. Is that when the Chinese hackers will strike, along with the thousands of Chinese border crossers currently somewhere in the USA? Some might say this is a Conspiracy Theory, and I hope I am wrong in thinking this is very probably what China has in mind. In any event, if this did happen then would this internal strike against US critical infrastructure make us no longer be able to defend Israel? When I think about that, isn’t that exactly what China must have in mind, to cripple us enough to prevent us from defending Taiwan? Then if we are too crippled to defend Taiwan, wouldn’t we also be too crippled to defend Israel?
